Gen Con LLC has announced its fourth and final Media Guest of Honor, Janina Gavankar, whom many will know from her roles on the popular TV series True Blood, Stargate Atlantis, and Arrow. A self-described geek, Gavankar is an avid video gamer and technophile.
In addition to the series previously listed, she also has appeared in prominent roles in The L Word, The Gates, The League, and The Goodwin Games. She also has acted in the independent films Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf? and Satellite of Love.
As a Media Guest of Honor, Janina Gavankar will sign in the dedicated Autograph Area of the Gen Con Indy 2013 Exhibit Hall. For signing times, please check on-site signage for further information.
Janina Gavankar will join previously announced Media Guests of Honor Peter Davison, the fifth Doctor in the Doctor Who universe, Walter Koenig, most known for his role of Checkov on the groundbreaking Star Trek, and finally, Neil Grayston, who has gained international popularity for his portrayal of Fargo on SyFy Network’s series Eureka and Warehouse 13.
