While Gen Con has traditionally had a writer’s symposium, the best four days of gaming has gotten even better adding a writer’s track specifically for those interested in creating comic books.
Learn what it takes to become a professional comic book writer in this amazing series of free panels! Featuring Jim Zub, Bill Willingham, Chris Roberson, Daryl Gregory, and Gene Ha, this new program will give those who attend insight as what it takes to become a comic book writer.
Plus, get your comics signed at a special signing event in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday at 4 pm in the signing area.
To help kick off this new program they’ve invited a team of comic superstars including:
Jim Zub, creator of the Wayward comic series and writer for comics such as Figment and Samurai Jack
Bill Willingham, creator of the multiple Eisner Award winning Fables comic series
Chris Roberson, creator of the iZombie comic series (now a hit television show from CW)
Daryl Gregory, writer of the comics Legenderry: Green Hornet and Dracula: Company of Monsters
Gene Ha, four-time Eisner award winner and artist for Alan Moore’s Top Ten
